No longer a salt virgin.

Wes White and me at the Bonneville Salt Flats August 2011. I had no idea what the next 8 days would hold. So much excitement, let downs, motorcycle suicides, salt, water, tears, Willie, Waylon, Dangerous Dave, Filbert, Frosty Frost, tuna sammiches, starbucks iced coffee (life saver!), simple green, a few fires, NITRO, leathers, cowboy hats, sunglasses, lots of sunscreen, Lowbrow records, naughty mags, 947, 101 mph,  the BEST huevos rancheros, pouring rain, beautiful sunrises, 6am to 6pm for 8 days, and a big hole in a piston from all the fun. 10%er baby.

Not Sure How He Got Into My Chair....

And how much should I charge him? I would love to see him reach his little hands into his pocket.

7 more months.......

I'm so excited to go back to Bonneville. Come on August!! Maybe I'll be racing my own triumph in 2013. But my heart will always belong to 947. Maybe Wes will get tired of her and let me race it. :)
Vroom Vroom bitches.

Tree Hee

I think it's funny that the penguin on my mini Christmas tree is bigger than the tree. Tree Hee!

New Sportster Shocks

I just got my new all black shocks for my sportster by progressive. I can't believe how much better the bike looks with them. Before it had some chrome nightmares. Complete with this HUGE chrome adjuster on the side. I can forgive Harley since my bike is a '98 and we all know how extreme the 90's were. Now I am just trying to take off as much as possible. Front fender? Gone. Big chrome shocks? Gone. Saddle bags? Gone! SOA (Sons of Anarchy)  fairing? Haha....Gone! I still need to change the brake lights and turn signals and hopefully the Biltwell banana seat will fit. I'll be sure to keep you all updated. (My one reader) Also much love to Wes White at Four Aces Cycle for helping me do all this to my bike. No way I could do it on my own.
Vroom vroom.

Harley Vs Indian

So my good friend, Wes White from Four Aces Cycle lent me this book to read when I get slow at the barber shop. I have it at my station and this one gentleman looked at it and said "now let me see, The Harley-Davidson and Indian Wars?...I had no idea that Harley had a problem with Native Americans". You know what?? Neither did I. But boy it took all my self control not to laugh my ass off.
